I just tested this with a couple of different sessions and a large catalog. In my case the flashing is still there on all photos except those imported after the Capture 21 update.

I just downloaded and installed 14.0.1.7 and that seems to have fixed the problem. I'll let you know if it returns.

Cmd-z Resets all photos
Here's a wild one. I was editing a bunch of photos and typed cmd-z to undo an adjustment and all adjustments, except presets, on every photo were reset. I didn't have the Edit Selected icon checked...
