Have you tried a "firewire port reset"?Unplug all firewire cables from your mac mini and unplug the power cable as well. Wait for about ten minutes and plug in everything. It's worth a try.Josef

Recently I had a similar problem although with older files. Make sure that the (raw) file-extension is .tif Hope it helpsJosef

for me it's not possible to process old captures (captured with V 2.7) in grayscale or black&white with C1 V3.5 to 3.7. I tried different profiles the way out, but it's always colour . New captures...
