C1 21 the registration code is incorrect
Hello,
With the license code from my account and the registration key from C1 21, when I enter it on the offline activation page, I get the message that the registration code is incorrect. What can I do to solve the problem?

Activation offline of v21 is different than previous versions.

Hi there,
I've tried both ways, online and offline registration. Unfortunately I didn't get to the goal with any of them. The offline registration does not work with a C1 21 subscription. When registering online,I get the following error diagnosis. Test 4 and Test 5 failed. The help pages offered for this do not exclude.
The bug report looks like this:

There have been similar threads in recent days.
I do not recall anyone updating them with a success message but it may have happened.
Or people may have given up.
I would suggest using the "Submit a request" option to create a Support Case.
