Any update on the issue that exported files become "hidden" in any folder that is synced with iCloud under macOS Sonoma? I definitely miss that one in the bug fixes list.

marvelous! less than a month after the release (and purchase) of the new version of the software (16.3), I find myself having to purchase a new perpetual license (16.3.1) to correct bugs that existed when the software was published. this is, to be polite, pure madness!

hey Antonio Scribano, service releases (like 16.3.1) are free if you own a perpetual license for a feature release (like 16.3).
for details see New License Model: Changes to the way licensing, updates, and upgrades work

Hi Denis, in my profile I see that I cannot have access to the 16.3.1 release

Antonio Scribano as per our new license model, access to 16.3 includes access to any service releases for this version.
try downloading Capture One Pro (16.3.1), it should work just fine :)

Thanks Denis Huk, but the bug is still there on my machine. I'm running C1 version 16.3 (have not installed the 16.3.1 update yet). Also, this recent C1 support article suggests that the issue has not been resolved yet (it's labeled as a "known issue" that is still "in the works") and that it is unclear whether it's a C1 or macOS problem: https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/13942471961757-Mac-Files-exported-from-Capture-One-to-iCloud-become-hidden-in-macOS-Sonoma

Habe Lizenz für 16.3 und kann 16.3.1 nicht laden. Es wird schon den 2. Tag auf Probleme in der Verbindung verwiesen. Wo liegt das Problem?

Gerald Knaust i don't remember us having any server issues in the last few days, this could be a local issue. if you are still unable to download Capture One, consider contacting our support team by clicking Request Support in the header

Hello, crazy question. I currently have a perpetual license of Capture One 16.2.5 running on Mac OS 11 (Big Sur). Based on Systems Requirements, I won't be able to have a Perpetual license for Capture One 16.3 until I upgrade my Mac to at least Mac OS 12. Does this System Requirement still apply if I switch to a Subscription model? Will Capture One 16.3 be backward compatible to Mac OS 11 on a Subscription Model

    hey everyone!

Douglas Moreira hm try creating a brand new session in a location that you have full access to and without changing anything in Capture One take a shot. if you still face issues consider contacting our support by clicking in the Request Support button in the header

kaleem sayyed perpetual and subscription are the same application and so system requirements stay the same. please note that the OS versions you see in our system requirements are the OS versions we tested. it is possible that Capture One runs well on other OS versions, it's just that issues are expected, which is something we cannot recommend using. and you can also trial Capture One Pro (16.3) to test it out!

PING SHI please see How do I find my Capture One license key?
