Why does Capture One process Fuji S2 / S3 / S5 images so slowly?

Why does Capture One process Fuji S2 / S3 / S5 images 4 times longer than images from any other camera?

ANSWER

This is issue occurs due to the hexagonal CCD chip used by Fuji.
The image is read out in a 45-degree rotation, so post adjustments have to be done to straighten the image.
