  Hi,

  I downloaded Capture One to give it a try. The interface looks great and I know it is the de-facto standard for tethered shooting, and I want to get set up for reliable and performant tethered shooting, but I am currently shooting Panasonic (S1 & S5) so the lack of tethered support for any Panasonic camera is a bummer. I can't justify use of Capture Pro if I can't tether natively with it. I know I can use Lumix Tether with a watch folder in Capture Pro, but that's too clunky.

  Is the lack of support for Panasonic a choice from your side or is it because of lack of access and assistance from Panasonic?

  Every camera profile is carefully done In-house by the engineers in our R&D department and this takes a bit of time, but rest assured that it all done with the interest of making the best software we can.

  Hi, could you please add support for the iPhone raw DNG files? With my iPhone 12 Pro I use a workaround by importing the DNG files into Lightroom then exporting them to DNG again. Would be great to have a direct import capability. Thank you! I love C1 Pro :)

  Hi Lily -
  Intending to get Capture One for a Sony a6400. My other photo device would be a Samsung Galaxy phone, saving in JPEG and RAW. Would I be able to work with those Samsung files in "Capture One for Sony"? _ or would I need "CO Pro 21 for All Cameras"? ... 
  Also, how soon or far off is the next CO version -- should I wait before buying current licensed version?

  After downloading the latest version 15.1.0 I still miss the integration of the Ricoh GR3X.                                     I am using capture one since the first releases easily 15 years ago when shooting with Hasselblad H1 and P45.. Now I'm shooting with XF IQ4 , Nikon D850, Sony r4 and for ALL of the digital work I use C1.                                                                                                            With this brilliant little guy GR3X I added one special tool into my toolbox and why in the world do I need to go to Lightroom, ACDC or Affinity just for that camera.. ? Since you DID integrate the Ricoh GR3 into supported cameras, it must me an easy fix to spent an hour and adapt this camera with a longer lens into your spectrum. Please do not disappoint us here !! much appreciated..

  Just picked up a Sony A7 IV and I use Capture One Pro for Sony 21.  The RAW files are not handled.  Does this mean in order to use Capture One I need to upgrade to 22 (without the option of Sony only anymore) just to read the RAWs, or is Capture One providing an update for 21 users for latest camera RAW profiles?

  May 2022:  It is abundantly clear that new features ONLY COME with  you needing to update this software.  I purchased 22 but I believe it is time to switch to the Adobe rent ware model.  The elimination of the Sony-only version only raised the price of Capture One...be it the one time purchase for 2-3 years useful lifetime, or their rent ware model.  (See Dunna Did It's review for that comparison.)  Or do the comparison yourself...HIGHER PRICE, NO BACKWARD CARE OF COMPATIBILITY (I went through this with 20 -> 21 just to read 2+ year old HEIC files from an iPhone!).  It is a real shame they don't listen to, nor respect their customers!

  Hi! I am really a big fan of Capture One Pro.

  But sometimes, everything's messed up because of the theatered shooting.

  I am using DC-S5, and looking forward to use the same factor in the future.

  Since all LUMIX cameras are not on the theatered shooting support list, every time when I am working(shooting) in the studio, the hot folder does not work, or the app from the Panasonic just stops.

  Or, I really need some real-time change feature of the Capture One. Such as Keystone, Color adjustment, White balance, etc

  Because of these reasons, I really need the theatered support. Please.

  I am waiting for 3 years and I will keep on the Capture One.

  So, someone using the free/express version of Capture One 22 can edit Sony A7IV files but my purchased version of Capture One 20/21 can't? Why did I purchase it if I would be better off with just the express versions?
