purchased capture one pro on offer this week.

Having purchased Capture One Pro and the bundle of presets. Every time I try to download  my purchase I can only get the trial version. Could someone please come up with a solution as I am now very frustrated and disappointed in Capture One and it's sales service

  Peter,

  There is no difference in the downloads (other than for computer platform).

  The Activation key controls which sets of functionality are available according to the option purchased.
