I have an annual subscription, do I need to purchase C1 2021?

I am paying 180 Euros annually, therefore, why do I need to purchase C1 2021?
My subscription ends in march 2021, to be automatically renewed.

Does anyone know the ansewer to this? Thanks in advance!
