installation problem

i paid for C1-21 Pro without the "styles"/ presets.  It didn't install on my desktop as instructed. I click on the icon and the trial version still comes up.  I can't get the paid version to work.  Any ideas?

  Try to deactivate the trial before activating the paid version:
