Latest release has fixed this issue for me. THX **** See later comments **** 16.2.5 will group under certain conditions.

Culling problems

2. Capture One Pro (16.x)
Culling is not creating groups for me. All images are considered distinct no matter the similarity setting (Win 11/x64, Sony PRO RAW, Ryzen 7 3700X, (RADEON 5700 XT)
