It could be that you try to copy a profile that was not originally designed for your camera? Could that be the case? Which profile are you copying?

Hi,It seems (from the screenshot) that you try to use the Basic color editor on a layer. This is not supported. On a layer, you can use either the Advanced or the Skin Tone color editor.
