Regarding the support case, it is best to open your case online and see whether there is a reply. Although replies comes with a email signaling, the email sometimes get lost in the junkmail folder....

Hi Jennifer, tethering is not support for the Fuji camera. Please check the release notes for supported cameras from CO6's Help menu. You can also download the notes separately.
