Supporting this. Encountering the same bug since version 12. Only way I found is to add another heal layer on top of all, because the bug only happens on top layer.Really annoying, I just had to do...

Don't know if it's related, but heal layers sometime loose their "heal type" and revert back to standard layer when closing and opening again Capture One (12.0.2).
