Did you try exporting these images? If that works, you can rule out problem with the images. Did you try another recipe? Make one from scratch and see if that works?

Actually, there is an easy way to clear the processed flag.- Select the pictures- Select the "Adjustments > Process History > Clear From Selected" menu.Cheers,Peter.
