reintall or update your wacom driver, there was a version out there for a little bit that had this kind of behavior.I tend to turn off all touch input as well with the newer wacom tablets too.

Might want to make sure you have the latest Wacom driver. I remember there was one version of the driver that would have issues like this but it eventually went away with updates.
