I cannot activate the version 21 with the pre upgrade version 22 key
I just bout the pre-upgrade key of version 22, After download the version and enter all necessary information. A pop-up shown I cannot use given key for activation. Please help! Rgds/Ken

Why no free upgrade from C1P9(Sony) to C1P10(Sony). I bought the C1P9 on Sep-2016.
