Do you mean, for example, by using the arrow keys, to move it Up/Down/L/R ?And to be able to vary it by number of pixels.In a current version, yes, that would be a good feature. You get my vote.

You can create/add your own customised export recipes. Create one for each then when you export check the boxes for each one.(I haven't tried it myself but I think it should work? Try it)
