The problem was the Safari browser. I downloaded Firefox and logged in to my C1 account with that.

Can't log in to account to upgrade.
I can't upgrade C1 because I can't log into my Capture One account from my computer (Safari and High Sierra). Either it doesn't recognize my password or it logs me out in 1 second. I got in for 10 ...
