Flashdrives are usually very slow, I looked at your model and read people complaining they only got 2mb/sec.... You can test this, as earlier mentioned, by copying the files directly to your comput...

You need the new code for 22 as well as for 23. No need to switch to 23(jet) just use the new code for 22.
