    i am looking for actual support via email like what you have given me with my Cap One Pro for desktop. Is this available? Neither of my cameras show up on the ipad app, even though the app asks for permission to access the cameras. Both of these cameras are shown as Supported Canon 5d MK4 and Fuji XS10. What am I missing here.
