Why is Capture One suddenly deactivated?

    All my activations were reset today, not per my request. That is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I am not able to do my work. I am very frustrated and disappointed in Capture One Support. I think they did this while we were discussing over email how the update process is crazy to require me to uninstall my prior copy and how counterintuitive that is. And today all my copies are deactivated. It almost seems like it is on purpose to teach me a lesson probably. I have wasted so much time struggling with C1 features and help articles and things like that, it is just unbelievable. While I try to stay positive, it is really hard, honestly. When you drop the ball so many times, people become fed-up with your shit.
