Screenshots and screen recordings take a minute or two to capture, but can be extremely helpful when getting your problem solved. It's very difficult for us to troubleshoot things that we cannot see – hence why we request a screenshot or recording of your display.
For Mac users
1. To take a screenshot or recordings on your Mac you can use the Screenshot app. To open Screenshot press the combination of keys Shift+Command+5 or use Launchpad.
Also, you can use the following keyboard shortcuts:

2. If there is no Screenshot app use Grab Utility. Navigate to Applications-> Utilities->Grab.app. Capture the error message window and save it on your computer.

Could I use Capture One screenshots for commercial video? I didn't find the guide on the usage for commercials on your website.
If you have a guide for screenshots, please share me.

To capture screenshots or record your screen, you would typically need to use the built-in features of your device or use a separate screen recording app. Here's a general guide on how to do this on popular platforms:
For iOS:
To take a screenshot on an iOS device (iPhone or iPad), press the "Home" button (or the side button on newer devices without a home button) and the "Sleep/Wake" button (or the volume up button on newer devices) simultaneously. The screen will flash, indicating that the screenshot has been taken.
To record your screen, you can use the built-in screen recording feature. Here's how:
Open the "Control Center":
Tap the "Screen Recording" button (it looks like a circle within a circle). If you don't see this button, you might need to customize your Control Center to include it.
A countdown will begin, after which your screen recording will start. You can stop the recording by tapping the red status bar at the top of the screen and confirming the action.
For Android:
To take a screenshot on most Android devices, press the "Volume Down" button and the "Power" button simultaneously. The screen will capture the current display.
To record your screen, the process can vary depending on your device's manufacturer and Android version. However, many newer versions of Android include a built-in screen recording feature. You can usually find it in the Quick Settings panel or by searching in the device's settings app.
This is very frustrating. I cannot open Capture One 22 version 15.1.2.1. As soon as I start the program it quits and I get a "Capture One 22 quit unexpectedly" warning and nothing happens with the program. I don't get anything but the warning. In order to submit a support request they require information that I cannot provide because I cannot open the program. HELP!
