How to delete my Capture One account?
ANSWER:
Please, send a request about removing your account to gdpr@captureone.zendesk.com. Make sure that the request is sent from the e-mail, that needs to be deleted.
Emails sent to gdpr@captureone.zendesk.com are logged and handled within 30 days of receipt. You can expect an initial response no later than 14 days after receipt, although we aim to respond much sooner.
IMPORTANT: If you have an active Capture One subscription, make sure that your subscription has ended prior to the account removal. We won't be able to delete the account with an active subscription associated with it. Discover more information about how to cancel a subscription.

The email address doesn't work.it really shouldn't be this hard for someone to delete there account and personal information.

Those could be just some technical issues.
Please, try sending the message to legal@captureone.com again. You will get an automatic response something like:
I have been asking to delete my account for over a month now! Nobody answers me! HOW TO REMOVE IT?
