Is it possible to merge my Capture One accounts?
ANSWER:
It is not possible to merge your Capture One profiles, but you can always change the e-mail address of your Capture One account. Note that your new e-mail address should not be associated with any already existing Capture One / Phase One accounts.
To change your email address, proceed with the following steps:
1. Go to captureone.com and click on the Account icon.
2. Enter your e-mail and press Next.
3. Enter your password and press Login, or choose Forgot your password in case you need to update it.
4. Press Edit Profile.
5. Then choose the Change Email option.
6. You will be transferred to another page where you will have to enter a new e-mail address.
NOTE: You can only change your current e-mail address to the one that is not connected to any other Capture One account.
