Is it possible to merge my Capture One accounts?
ANSWER:
It is not possible to merge your Capture One profiles, but you can always change the e-mail address of your Capture One account. Note that your new e-mail address should not be associated with any already existing Capture One / Phase One accounts.
To change your email address, proceed with the following steps:
1. Go to captureone.com and click on the Login button.
2. Enter your e-mail and password, then click Log in, or choose Forgot your password in case you need to update it. .
3. Press Edit Profile.
4. Then choose the Change Email option.
5. You will be transferred to another page where you will have to enter a new e-mail address.
NOTE: You can only change your current e-mail address to the one that is not connected to any other Capture One account.
