Flipping an image

Capture One can be used to flip an image horizontally or vertically if required. The horizontal option is often used to alter the image in an attempt to improve the visual weighting on a page, but it should be used with caution.

1. In the Shape tool tab, go to the Rotation & Flip tool and select either Horizontal or Vertical from the Flip drop-down menu.
   
   
    

2. The image is instantly flipped over to the selected format.
    

3. To return to the state as originally captured, select None from the menu or press the tool’s reset icon in the title bar.
