Grid tool introduction

The Grid tool displays a customizable grid over the image in the Viewer as an aid to getting the composition right and is particularly useful when cropping an image. You will find the Grid tool in the Lens tool tab.

Note that with Capture One 12.1 and later versions, adding and editing a grid is now done from the new Grid tool. In earlier versions, the grid functionality was located in the Preferences under the Crop tab but has now been replaced by the Grid tool for a faster and streamlined workflow.
