Viewer
The Multi View icon. To display more than one image at a time in the Viewer, ensure the Multi View icon is selected (orange-colored).
The Proof Margin icon. When this icon is selected (orange-colored), you can adjust the distance between multiple images in conjunction with the Multi View mode. These settings can be altered from the Appearance tab in the Preferences window.
Add Layer icon. Long-press on this icon and select the Layer type from the drop-down list.
Zoom Bar. Dragging the slider to the right will zoom the image in, dragging the slider to the left will zoom the image out.
Browser
View Mode icon. This icon is usually present when the Browser is placed right and occupies not much space. Clicking on the View Mode icon allows selecting the Browser view mode: Grid, List, or Filmstrip.
Grid View icon. Grid View is ideal to browse numerous images quickly especially when using the arrow keys to scroll UP/DOWN or LEFT/RIGHT.
List View icon. The List View displays detailed file information (such as aperture and shutter speed settings) and provides a sequential view of the images in a folder or album.
Filmstrip View icon. The Filmstrip View leaves more space for the Image Viewer and supports a fast workflow for sessions with fewer images. Adjust the size of the thumbnails by dragging the browser window up/down or left/right. This will make the size of the thumbnails adapt automatically to fit the selected browser size.
Sort Parameter icon. In case the Browser is placed right and occupies not much space, this icon will appear in the top-left corner of the Browser. By clicking on it, you will get a drop-down list of sorting parameters. To sort items in descending order, put a checkmark next to the Reverse option on the list.
Sort Order icon. Clicking on this icon will sort the items in the Browser in either ascending or descending order depending on the chosen parameter.
or . Zoom Bar. This icon is placed in the top-right corner of the Browser. In case the Browser is placed right and occupies not much space, icon will be there so that you have to click on it to see the entire zoom bar.
Thumbnails
Adjustments icon. This icon will appear in the bottom-left corner of a thumbnail as soon as any image adjustments are applied. All the adjustments are listed within the Adjustments Clipboard in the Adjustment tool tab.
Offline icon. This icon appears when an image is offline. Image files that are located inside a Catalog and files that are referenced in their current location can be browsed offline.
View Only icon. An eye icon means that the file has a View Only permission status. This means users have the right to view the image but are unable to make any modification. Such an icon appears when the image file is not supported in the current product variant of Capture One.
Exporting icon. An orange cog icon will appear in a thumbnail while the file is being exported. The icon will turn grey once the exporting is complete.

Appearance Warning icon. An exclamation mark signifies that there may be a problem with the appearance of an image. This can be caused when an image is rendered using settings from a later version of Capture One.
Read Only icon. A crossed-over pencil will appear in the bottom-right corner of an image if a file is unsupported or if you don’t have the access rights to edit a file. You might see this read-only icon if you try to edit image files located on a camera or an external disk that is not connected.
NOTE: JPEG files will have a read-only icon if the Enable JPEG Editing option is unchecked.
Variant Group icon. Collapse or expand a Variant group if you have a number of variants for a certain image. Click on the small icon in the top-left corner of a thumbnail.
Variant Number icon. This icon is located at the top-right corner of a thumbnail. The number in the icon signifies the ordinal number of a variant in a variant group.
Tool Tabs
Online Help icon. This icon is present in practically every tool. You will be taken to the online help page describing the corresponding tool.
Local Copy icon. Clicking on this icon allows copying the settings from the particular tool and applying those to selected image(s).
Auto Adjust icon. Clicking on this icon will automatically adjust the parameters. It is available in the following tools:
- White Balance
- Exposure
- Contrast and Brightness
- High Dynamic Range
- Levels (combined RGB mode or individual Channel mode)
- Rotation
- Keystone
Reset Tool Adjustments icon. By clicking on this icon, the parameters within the selected tool will be reset and reverted to the default state.
Presets Menu icon. It allows managing presets by selecting, saving, stacking, or deleting them.
Action Menu icon. It allows performing some actions with the tool such as moving a tool to the pinned/scrollable area, remove a tool, and other actions depending on the particular tool.
Toolbar
The name of the icon in the toolbar is displayed by default. However, you can change that by right-clicking anywhere in the toolbar and selecting one of the following options:
- Icon and Text
- Icon Only

Hi, is there something similar to the exporting icon also when the photo has been printed? It would be useful to filter by which photos I printed at the events. Thanks
