Why are you increasing prices?
Empowering photographers with everything they need, from initial inspiration to final image, costs more now than it did a year ago. Rather than stand still, we're continuing to invest in the platform and the support around it so you can keep creating extraordinary work.
By how much are you increasing prices and for which products?
Prices are increasing by 6% across all products — Pro, All-in-One and Studio — on both monthly and annual subscriptions, and on perpetual licenses.

When will I start paying the new price?
The new price will take effect from your next renewal date that falls on or after July 6. If you are on a monthly subscription you will receive reminder emails with details of the new price 7 days and 3 days before your subscription is due for renewal. If you are on an annual subscription, you will receive reminder emails 30, 7 and 3 days before your subscription is due for renewal.
Can I lock in the current price?
Yes. If you switch from a monthly to an annual subscription before June 2, you’ll lock in the current annual price for a full year.
Can you give me a discount, or extend my current price as a loyal customer?
We can’t offer discounts outside the published promotional structure. The pre-June 2 switch from monthly to annual is open to all monthly subscribers, and existing perpetual license holders have a discount available in their account when switching to an annual subscription
I have a perpetual license. Does this impact me?
If you buy a new perpetual license after June 2, 2026, it will reflect the updated price.

If I switch from monthly to annual now, do I keep the current price for a full year?
Yes. If you switch from a monthly subscription to an annual subscription before June 2, you’ll lock in the current price for a full year.
Can I upgrade from Capture One Pro monthly to All in One annual?
Yes. You can change both your payment plan and your product at the same time. All switch options are available here: https://www.captureone.com/account/manage-license
Why is the price I am seeing to switch to annual higher than my current monthly price?
Some customers on a legacy subscription plan may be on a lower monthly price. In this case, we recommend remaining on your current subscription.
