FAQ
- Switching between subscriptions does not affect your Loyalty status.
- Your subscription to Capture One Live Unlimited will be automatically canceled when you upgrade to the All in One subscription, as it's included in it, and your existing Live sessions will remain accessible.
- Your current billing cycle will stay the same if you upgrade in the middle of it. You'll be charged the price difference between your current subscription and the new one when you switch. For example, if you have 6 months left on an Annual subscription, you'll be charged the difference for 6 months of the All in One subscription. If you have 10 days left on a Monthly subscription, you'll be charged the difference for 10 days of the All in One subscription.
- There's no automated process to switch back from All in One to a Capture One Pro subscription. If you want to revert to Capture One Pro, you'll need to cancel your All in One bundle, wait until the end of your contract period, and then get a new subscription.
