    Ok, this is great news. One question, I just bought perpetual about 3 weeks ago. Will I need to buy a new license, or is this a beta update for my current release?

    I'm quite satisfied with DXO.

    Next year, if C1 is still around (and me too, btw [at 80 you may wonder :-)]), I'll maybe consider C1 again it there is an interesting Black Friday offer. For this yeat, my budget is spent!

    16.3.0 was released October 25th 2023, so well before Black Friday etc. 
    We release camera-support when ready, which means, if the support is ready, we put it in the next release that goes out. Many times camera-support even drive new releases.

    But of course you didn't know during Black Friday that the corresponding update would be free for owners of the current version. This was kept quiet until it was over, but now immediately afterwards you come around the corner with this message, even though you had always asked about it before. Your business conduct is anything but confidential, sorry.

    It's clear, but as customers we can also be kidding ourselves. It's a shame that it's actually a good product, but you know next to nothing about customer friendliness. You care about money and that is your primary goal. I will turn my back on this company today and ask you to delete my account, thank you very much.
