Locking edits
Is it possible to "lock" on image after editing to prevent further "accidental " edits. This would be a handy addition if images could be easily "locked" by a single click.

I have seen this request at least once already. There should be a moderator in this forum to merge or link to existing similar or identical feature requests.

Not surprisingly, people have requested and asked about this for a long time. (Some level of forum moderation really would be useful in these cases).
