Cmd+Z should but only if you use it immediately after your mistake. Or you can do a restore from a backup (Time Machine?)Otherwise I do not see an option.

CO6 does not need a demoirize plugin because it is part of the tools (perhaps not in Express, only Pro, not sure).

Not possible, unless you delete the first processed image (in the Finder for example) before you process the same image again.
