On both Windows and Mac I get a deviation of 1 point max. (2 points on 1 occasion) for 1 or 2 of the R, G, B values. Most (plus 50%) readings are identical.

In the Import Images window, in the Import From section, there is an option Exclude Duplicates. If you have this enabled, please try with this option disabled.
