If you have a Phase One back you can open a support case with Phase One instead of Capture One (you perhaps did do that already). They might respond quicker.

I assume you mean that you bought styles (not filters) with Capture One. Does a confirmation mail after the purchase give not sufficient directions on how to proceed like download links?
