Check your output recipe settings. My guess would be that either quality or size (or both) are set too low.(That said, I can't see any loss of detail in your screenshot).

The app is actually always the same, so you'll be fine. The licence is selected/changed from the Capture One > Licence... menu.Just download and run, and you're good to go.
