Can't process Sony A7RIV or Canon R5MKII RAW files - getting the View only permission status Eye icon on thumbnails

Recently updated to V16.5.0.29 - can someone help solve the 'View only permission status' - getting the Eye icon on thumbnails so can't process. Not sure why as I can process the A7RIV files on ear...

After upgrading to 9.1 it initially worked for a day or two ... now all I get is a beach ball. Running El Capitan. I keep force quitting re-starting but still just a beach ball ... makes things dif...

Photoshop's latest update supports it in Camera RAW already so they manage to keep up - you would expect Capture One to also keep up since it's a specialist RAW processing software we Pro's all opt...

Got the Nikon D5 yesterday and was expecting 9.1 would support it? Any idea when? Bit disappointing when there's so much lead-up time to the camera release.

Anyone had any luck opening, or even viewing, uncompressed files from the A7RII? I briefly saw a thumbnail load then one by one they all went black ... have tried all the usual things; re-boot sess...
