What payment methods are accepted in Capture One web store? – Home

All purchases made in our official web store are processed by our payment provider FastSpring.

FastSpring accepts credit and debit cards for all transactions. However, other acceptable payment methods vary depending on the customer’s location, the currency of the order, and the type of product in the order.

Automatic renewal subscriptions require a real-time payment method so that FastSpring can initiate rebills without customer intervention. Because of this, payment methods which require manual customer interaction, such as wire transfers, are unavailable for orders containing automatic subscriptions.

Subscription-based products currently offered by Capture One are:

Capture One Pro (desktop) subscription (annual / monthly)
All in One subscription (annual / monthly)
Capture One Studio subscription (annual / monthly)

Capture One Pro for desktop is also offered as a perpetual license that requires a one-time payment and eventually unlocks more payment options.

Styles offered on the website also belong to one-time purchases like in case of perpetual licenses, so the same 'payment methods' rule applies to this product.
