Capture One Loyalty Program

If you're subscribed to Capture One Pro, All in One, or Capture One Studio, you’re automatically part of the Loyalty Program. The longer you stay, the greater your rewards.

What You Receive:

• 20% discount on a perpetual license for each year of active subscription.
• Free perpetual license after 5 years of subscription.

Note: The perpetual license is valid for the current version at redemption. It does not include future feature updates. You can apply for a discount on perpetual only after the subscription is canceled.

Information for Multi-User Plan Holders

Currently, the Loyalty Program is limited to single-user subscriptions, and multi-user license upgrades are handled by our Business Development team at sales@captureone.com.

Program terms may evolve over time. We'll notify you of any changes at least 30 days in advance.

1. Does the Loyalty Program apply to monthly subscribers?

Yes, both monthly and annual subscribers are eligible. Rewards are calculated based on the cumulative length of your active subscription.

2. What if I cancel and re-subscribe later—do I lose my loyalty progress?

If your subscription lapses for more than one month, your loyalty progress may reset. Short breaks under one month may still count. Contact support for verification.

3. How can I check my eligibility for a free license?

Contact our Customer Support Team and they’ll verify your subscription history and eligibility.

4. Can I stack discounts from the Loyalty Program with other promotions?
