Connecting a supported camera

    I have a fuji X-T20 and a brand new capture One for fuji software downloaded.

    I plug in my camera through the USB port and open Capture One but Capture One does not recongize my camera.  Image Capture, an app on my Mac Air, sees my camera and can download images.  But Image One does not recognize my camera. Please advise

    I've just bought the Capture One 21 Fujifilm to go tethering shooting with my Fujigfx50s, also bought a good cable for it and I have MacOS 11.0.1 Big Sur. 
    Capture One doesn't recognize my camera or connect with it. What to do?

    Hi Inge,

    Thank you for your question.

    Make sure that you do not use extensions or adopters (only the powered ones) as they weaken the signal.

    Also, please verify that there is no card inserted in your camera.

    My Canon 5d Mark IV wont connect to Capture One 21. I have tried everything, including granting access, changing the cable etc. HELP
