Cancel a Capture One subscription purchased from the Capture One website
If you purchased your subscription directly from the Capture One web store, follow these steps to cancel:
- Log in to your Capture One account at https://www.captureone.com/
- Click Manage under Plans & Services Management.
- Find the subscription you want to cancel and click Cancel Subscription.
- A notification will confirm your deactivation date.
What Happens After Cancellation?
- Your subscription remains active until the last day of your current billing cycle.
- You can un-cancel the subscription by clicking Reactivate subscription, but only before the deactivation date.
- Once deactivated, it cannot be reactivated. You’ll need to purchase a new Capture One subscription to continue using the software.
- If you cancel through PayPal instead of Capture One’s website, your license will be immediately disabled, and no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
Cancel a Capture One subscription purchased through Apple (iPhone & iPad)
If you subscribed to Capture One through the App Store, whether on an iPhone or iPad, follow these steps:
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap your name at the top, then go to Subscriptions.
- Select Capture One.
- Tap Cancel Free Trial/Subscription.

If your mobile subscription is part of the All in One bundle purchased through the Capture One website, follow the steps in the Cancel a Capture One subscription purchased from the Capture One website section.
Un-Canceling a Capture One subscription
Upon the cancelation, your subscription will remain active until the last day of your current billing cycle. You can un-cancel it anytime before the deactivation date.
You can set it back to auto-renew from your Order History: Subscriptions -> Manage -> Un-cancel.
You can also un-cancel your subscription from within the "Plans & Services" section of your account.
Click on Reactivate subscription.
Then click on Yes, reactivate.
What Happens After The Deactivation?
Your subscription remains active until the last day of your current billing cycle. After the subscription fully expires, you’ll need to purchase a new subscription to keep using Capture One.
