The Overview tab in the web‑based admin portal provides a high‑level summary of your Studio for Enterprise plan, showing user access, device activations, and version control for that specific license.

Users and devices
The Users & Devices pane shows:
- Total number of users
- Total number of device activations
Each device activation uses one available activation from your plan.
Click Manage user access to open the Users access tab, where you can invite & manage users, and control device activations.
Version control
The Version control pane allows you to manage how Capture One versions are deployed for users and devices covered by the selected license.
From here, you can:
- View and modify the current version limit
- Check update delivery settings
- Open detailed version control settings
The version distribution diagram shows how different versions of Capture One are currently deployed across all activated devices.
