The Admins management tab makes it easy to control who has access to the web-based admin portal. From here, you can quickly add or remove administrators by email, ensuring the right people can manage your Studio for Enterprise plan.
Adding administrators
Click Add Administrator to add a new admin by email address. Added administrators gain access to the web-based admin portal.
Note: Administrators must already have a Capture One account before they can be added in the Admins management tab. Check this article to learn how to create a Capture One account: Creating and Managing a Capture One Profile
Once the necessary admin emails are added, you can click Save to save your changes and see a confirmation on top.
Removing administrators
You can remove administrators from the list at any time. Removed administrators lose access to the Admin Portal but can be added again later if needed.
Just click Delete (Trash icon) next to the user you want to remove from the admins list. Then confirm your action by clicking Remove.
Once you have removed the user, you receive a confirmation message:
