The License information tab provides an overview of your Capture One Studio for Enterprise license. It allows administrators to review key license details and manage basic organisation information linked to the plan.

Details
The Details pane displays general information related to your license, including:
- A license name, which can be set by an admin to distinguish between multiple licenses or to use a friendly name
- Start date
- End date
You can edit the license name directly from this section. Changes are reflected across the web-based admin portal.
These details help you track the validity of your license and understand the timeframe of your current agreement.
License expiration notice
When your license is approaching its expiration date, a Contact sales button appears next to the End date in the Details pane.
This provides a quick way to get in touch with our Sales team to discuss license renewal or next steps before the license expires.
Included in your plan
The Included in your plan pane lists the products and services available as part of your Studio for Enterprise license. This may include:
- On-demand Support
- Dedicated Training Session
- Prioritized Support
- Capture One Mobile
- Capture One Live
