The web‑based admin portal is designed for managing Capture One Studio for Enterprise. From here, administrators can manage users and devices, control Capture One version deployment, download installers, and view license information for each Studio for Enterprise license.

Accessing the Admin Portal
You can access the Admin Portal from your Capture One user profile:

Log in to your Capture One account.
- Admins of Studio for Enterprise plan are taken straight to the New Admin Portal page.
If you have multiple Studio for Enterprise plans or a personal plan:
- Go to Plans & Services Management.
- Navigate to your Studio for Enterprise plan.
- Click Manage Studio for Enterprise.
This opens the New Admin Portal.
Administrator dashboard
If your account is linked to multiple Studio for Enterprise plans, you are taken to the Administrator Dashboard. This page lists all available plans and provides a short overview for each one, including:
- Number of users
- Device activations
- Capture One versions in use
- Version limit
- Update delivery settings
If you have only one Studio for Enterprise plan, you are taken directly to that plan’s Overview page.
Portal structure
Each Admin Portal in Studio for Enterprise plan includes the following areas:
- Overview – High‑level summary of users, devices, and version control
- Download – Access to Capture One installers, release notes, and learning resources
- Users access – User invitations & management, and device activations
- Version control – Version limits, update delivery, and version distribution
- Admins management – Control who can access the Admin Portal
- License information – Licence details and organisation information
Activating a Studio for Enterprise plan
A Studio for Enterprise plan is activated directly in Capture One when you sign in with a user profile associated with the plan.
New installation
- Download and install Capture One.
- Launch Capture One and log in to your user profile associated with the Studio for Enterprise plan.
- Your Studio for Enterprise plan will appear in the Activation window.
- Click Continue to complete activation.
Switching plans in an existing installation
If Capture One is already installed and you want to switch to a Studio for Enterprise plan, follow these steps:

On macOS, click Capture One > License in the top‑left menu. On Windows, go to Help > License….
- Click Deactivate.
- Restart Capture One.
- Select the Studio for Enterprise license and make sure you are logged in to the correct user profile.
- Click Continue.
