The Users access tab in the web-based admin portal allows you to manage user access, invitations, and device activations for your Studio for Enterprise plan.

Users
This section shows how many users are included in your plan and how many are still available.
How to invite users
To invite users, add their email addresses to the Enter email adresses field. Invited users receive a unique invitation link to create or connect their Capture One account.
Users must use the invitation link to gain access. Accounts created without an invitation link are not whitelisted.
Existing users appear on the whitelist automatically.
User list
Once users are added, they are listed under Users with the following information:
- Email address
- Access type (Admin invite or licence key)
You can remove users from the list at any time, which revokes their access and removes their activations
Device activations
The Device activations section shows:
- Total number of activations allowed
- Number of activations currently in use
- Every user who has activated Capture One with your key
For each activation, you can see:
- Device name
- User email
- OS
- Capture One version
- Last used date
- Actions
You can deactivate a single device or deactivate all devices from this section.
To view the whole activation history, click View all activation history.
