In order to switch from one subscription plan to another, simply cancel your current subscription and, thereafter, start a new one by obtaining it in our web store:

Some monthly subscribers to Capture One Pro may see an in-app offer to upgrade to an annual plan as their renewal date approaches. If you choose to accept this offer, your license key will remain unchanged.
If you began your monthly subscription in 2025 and have updated to version 16.6.4, the option to switch to an annual plan will appear in-app starting one week before your next renewal.
Just click “SAVE NOW” to get started
You'll then see the annual plan pricing. Click "SWITCH".
Next, a window will confirm your billing cycle, license key, and payment amount. Click "SWITCH".
You'll then see a confirmation screen. Click "CONTINUE".
Important Notes
- Purchasing a new subscription doesn’t cancel the old one. Make sure to cancel first to avoid duplicate charges.
- When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of your current billing cycle.
